Barking at Food

His name is Winston and he eats Iams Mini Chunks.
Winston's tail starts wagging as he approaches the food bowl.
He begins to bark at the food. He will conquer the food!
He gets close to the food bowl.
Sometimes he needs a jump start from my hand. It all has to do with being at the bottom of the dog pack. He eats last.
Finally he eats till he is satisfied and then runs to tell someone that he just ate, licking his chops and wagging his tail.
