New Family

Welcome Earl Grey to the Schoppert family!
The duck on the left was found on a barbed wire fence today. One of its wings is badly damaged. Jeffrey's wing was clipped when he was small and it has never grown out.

Bees at Work

I caught the bees at work this morning. Here a bee and a bumblebee are pollinating my squash.
This is just the bumblebee.
We've had lots of rain recently and my cucumbers are starting to bloom.

Winston's New Prop

Since Winston no longer has use of his legs, I needed something to help bathe him. I bought this baby bather prop for him. It worked out real well for his bath and we lay him in it around the house.
He can no longer sit upright without a prop of some kind.
He'll be 14 in November. He still has a will to live.
