It's warm and there is no snow on the ground. The presents have been unwrapped and the gumbo pot is almost empty. Toonces the cat hangs out with the dogs. Our other cat, Bubba, thinks the dogs stink!
I tried to make buttercream frosting yesterday. It was a flop. I bake for my neighbors at Christmas; usually cakes. This year they get brownies. I had high hopes of icing and putting sprinkles on them. It didn't work out. They aren't pretty but they taste good! Winston wanted to be in my lap all day. He was whiny today!
Church is over and the fried chicken has been consumed. It's a beautiful sunny day. The dogs are sunning. Winston will not sit still for pictures. You have to hold him to take one. Monty has no problem whatsoever. He is stoic.
It's raining and we're expecting an inch of snow possibly tomorrow afternoon. The Bengals and Ravens are about to kick off. We're hanging out, waiting for the game to start.
Thanksgiving is very close. Time to plan the menu. No green bean casserole this year. The new vegy will be cabbage, probably Martha Stewart style (olive oil and basil). Winston, Monty and Corny are ready.

This is Cornelius. He is half pug and half chihuahua. He is very yippy. His head and legs are chihuahua and his body and tail are pug.
This is Monty (Montgomery). He likes to lay around and sleep. He was fed lots of protein as a puppy (hamburger meat, cottage cheese and eggs). He is a super pug, weighing in at 28 lbs. He has the sweetest face. Monty has great strength due to his size.
I live with two-and a half pugs and two cats. This is Winston. He is 9-years old and is named after Winston Churchill because he is extremely stubborn. He will not give up. Winston is the clown of the family. He loves to play Frisbee. He will run to chase it. The frisbee has a nylabone on top for better gripping. Winston believes that he can chew off the bone. He loves frisbee so much that we bought a glow-in-dark for after sunset throwing.
