I have officially gone over to the Dark Side. I now drink Community Coffee's Dark Roast. I used to be a Between or Medium Roast drinker. I had always thought that the dark roast would be too strong or bitter. The dark roast has a much richer taste without being too strong.

Gary and I drink Italian and French dark roasts. We have gone half caf and use an organic decaf from Walmart called Sams choice organic blend. It's in a green bag. It's a medium roast but when added to our dark roasts I really enjoy the flavor. Gary drinks double esspressos extra dark. Yuk. We are enjoying your blog. When we are off the fast I'll have to get that recipe for coconut pie. And coconut M& M's WOW!!! Sounds fabulous! I love coconut. I thought I was the only Steeler fan I knew.
